BOOKING POLICIES

Guidelines are provided to achieve optimal results, but there are NO GUARANTEES. We unfortunately have no control over what occurs during your healing process due to different skin types reacting differently to the procedure and because we have no control over outside factors that contribute to the final product.

Healed results will vary for each client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed to fill in the brow for desired effect.  

A minimum of 2 appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired results and will be charged accordingly.


*PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST MUST send a clear photo of brows to ellemunster@gmail.com, with details of timeline (how many times & what method was used) before booking an appointment.

We cannot guarantee results for previously tattooed work, we MUST approve that your eyebrows are workable before booking. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, misshapened, saline removal will be highly recommended, this is our expert judgement that should be taken highly, please do not go to another artist, this could cause serious damage to your skin. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.


  • A deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. Sending of the deposit signifies that you have read & comply to all prerequisites including having read over the Non Negoticiables & Pre & Post Care.
    This deposit is non-refundable / non-transferable and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

  • We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment, rescheduling under 48hrs could result in the loss of your deposit.

  • If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

  • Our minimum age requirement for a tattoo is 18 years old.

  • Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointment that was cancelled for lateness or if it is marked as a no-show.

  • In accordance to state law, no minors are permitted within a body art facility.

    All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.
